Yoga provides the flexibility which is crucial to fitness.

Sir Padampat Singhania Education Centre endorses Yoga as an integral part of health and physical education to contribute to the development of a child and also to create a positive impact on psychological and mental development as well. We believe that when the emphasis shifts from enjoyment to achievement, such trainings make demands of discipline and practice that also lead to a similar zeal to excel in academics also.

Yoga also serves to provide an inclination towards games and those students who wish to excel in the field sports are provided specialized training for the available choices at our school.

Trained physical instructors make sure the yoga training given at our school helps in building up stamina, fine tune motor skills, develop self – awareness and the spirit of coordination in team games.
