Children's Day is the most auspicious in the life of every child. Children's Day is celebrated on 14th November every year to commemorate the birth anniversary of our first Prime Minister, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. He loved children dearly and is fondly remembered as Chacha Nehru by them. After he died in 1964, his birthday was declared Children’s Day nationwide. This Children’s Day was my most memorable one as we all went for a movie. This movie outing was organized by our school for all the children. We were served popcorn and soft drinks at the movie hall. This was the best experience that my friends and I enjoyed a lot. Our teachers took great care of us. We had a gala time on the bus as well. We played truth or dare with our friends. It was a wonderful day. Besides refreshments children were also gifted stationery, chocolates and toffees. Indeed, it was the best Children’s Day celebration
