Sir Padampat Singhania Education Centre has developed and introduced an innovative course on ethics as part of its school curriculum. The course is modelled upon international standard educational programmes on ethics and applied ethics, thus preparing our students for a rapidly changing globalized world. The course is application based – integrating theatrical methods and hands-on activities. The thrust areas of the course are moral values, gender sensitization, environmental protection, holistic human development, critical thinking and awareness of social issues.

At Sir Padampat Singhania Education Centre, we believe that academics are incomplete if not accompanied with raising consciousness and character of our students. To achieve this goal, it becomes imperative to put greater emphasis and specialized attention to the way our students learn and inculcate correct ethical values, and its resulting actions. Action based learning is a modern technique which helps students to learn by doing, and the course on ethics adopts the same approach.

With this humble start, Sir Padampat Singhania Education Centre aims to develop a world class curriculum on ethics, rooted in our Indianness. We are hopeful that through this course not only our students will get a chance to develop into better human beings, but also serve society and country with selfless service and utmost dedication.
